Ahead Management AG

Ahead Management AG acts as holding company of our group in which all holdings are held under one roof. Amongst others Ahead Management AG holds 100% of the share capital of Ahead Wealth Solutions AG.

Ahead Management AG was founded on September 21, 2007 with its registered office in Vaduz and is registered under no. FL-0002.242.224-4 in the Liechtenstein commercial register.

Ahead Management AG is member of the Liechtenstein Chamber of Commerce.

Ahead Wealth Solutions AG

The core company of our group is the Ahead Wealth Solutions AG. On February 21, 2008 the FMA Financial Market Authority Liechtenstein granted us the license as management company for investment undertakings according to the Law on Investment Undertakings (IUA). In addition we have also received the permittance for the management of single portfolios and investment advisory.
Owing to the compatibility of Liechtenstein provisions of law with the equivalent European regulations within the scope of the free exchange of services both business areas may be executed through us in all member countries of the EEA (European passport).

Ahead Wealth Solutions AG was founded on February 27, 2008 with its registered office in Vaduz and is registered under no. FL-0002.273.796-4 in the Liechtenstein commercial register. The association has an authorised capital of CHF 1 million and a liable equity capital of CHF 3 million at its disposal. These captial resources ensure professional business operations in the long term.

Ahead Wealth Solutions AG is member of the Liechtenstein Investment Fund Association (LAFV) as well as of the Society of Independent Asset Advisors in Liechtenstein VuVL. As a matter of course we observe the high quality standards as well as the conduct rules of this society at the provision of all our services.
