The administration of mutual funds is the main and most important business area of our company. On February 21, 2008 the FMA Financial Market Authority granted us the license subject to art. 55 para. 1 a) in relation to art. 56 IUA (Law on Investment Undertakings).

The activities of the administration of funds we execute as management company subject to art. 2 para. 1 b) number 1 IUA and according to art. 24 et seqq. IUA. In the year 2005 the IUA was subject to a general revision and adapted to the requirements of the EU directives 2001/107/EG and 2001/108/EG. Therefore the IUA fully complies to the requirements of the EU directive 85/611/EG (OGAW directive) in its latest version. Owing to the compatibility of Liechtenstein provisions of law with the equivalent European regulations within the scope of the free exchange of services in this business area, as well as the activities as asset manager, may be executed through us in all member countries of the EEA (European passport).
