The asset management is the second business area of our company. On February 21, 2008 the FMA Financial Market Authority granted us within the scope of the permittance as Fund Management Company according to the Law on Investment Undertakings (IUA) also the permittance for the management of single portfolios and investment advisory according to art. 24 para. 3 IUA.

Our activities in the asset management area we execute subject to the principles and requirements of the Liechtenstein Law on Asset Management (VVG). The VVG was revised in the year 2007 and adapted to the requirements of the EU directive 2004/39/EG (MiFID directive). It fully complies to the requirements of the European Union. Owing to the compatibility of Liechtenstein provisions of law with the equivalent European regulations within the scope of the free exchange of services in this business area, as well as the activities as management company for mutual funds, may be executed through us in all member countries of the EEA (European passport). 

Within the asset management we are at our clients‘ disposal with classic activities as well as special “Add-ons”. Our institutional clients specify the scope of our activities. Our range of services contains advisory in the run-up to the foundation of an own asset management company in Liechtenstein, all operations in relation to the entailment and founding of such a company as well as the assumption of different activities in the operational business.
