NAV calculation

We calculate the Net Asset Value of your fund (verification of the security prices, determination of the cash reserve and the accrued costs) and take care for the publication in the desired media in due time.

Bookkeeping

Our fund bookkeeping team takes care of the contemporary operation of all business transactions. We assure the execution of all corporate actions for your fund, execute operations for annual accounts, distributions, accumulations and fund mergers.

Compliance

Our compliance team monitores ex post the adherence of legal, contractual and non-contractual individual agreed investment limits. In addition, on demand we execute ex ante controls, if an investment complies with the fund guidelines. We are pleased to advise you in all aspects of risk management. Benefit from our know-how and our risk measurement process.

Reporting

We assist you in the whole range of regulatory reporting according to your individual specifications and legal regulations in the relevant country of distribution. We also offer you a revealing standard reporting according to the frequency of NAV calculations. Furthermore we create semi-annual and annual reports for your fund and meet further regulatory reporting requirements in Liechtenstein and other countries of distribution. We accompany the legal audit and make sure that the business report and further relevant data are published in due time.

DIAMOS-F

For NAV calculations, bookkeeping of the fund and monitoring the investment guidelines as well as the implementation of investment compliance functions we use the software Diamos-F from Diamos AG in Sulzbach (D).
