Single vs. segmented fund

The formation of a single fund, as well as of a “fund family” with different segments (Umbrella fund is possible). Each segment is economically independent from the others.

Share classes & tranches

It is possible to administrate a fund with several share classes which differ from each other according to the fees or dealing conditions. For the utilization of the profits it is also possible to use distributing or accumulating fund tranches.

Master-Feeder structures

A special fund construction in which the same asset classes are pooled through different asset allocation funds.
