Undertakings for collective investments in transferable securities (UCITS)
Definition
The Liechtenstein investment undertaking for transferable securities or more common called UCITS “Undertakings for Collective Investments in Transferable Securities” (respectively OGAW “Organismen für Gemeinsame Anlagen in Wertpapieren”) fully corresponds to the relevant European directive (OGAW III / UCITS III), is 100% EU-compatible and therefore owns the European fund passport.
