Definition
The mutual fund (also denominated as „contractual form“ of an investment undertaking) is based on the legal form of a trusteeship according to Liechtenstein Company Law (Art. 897 until 932 PGR). The mutual fund is equivalent to the FCP (fonds commun de placement) in Luxembourg.
