About us.

Ahead Wealth Solutions AG („Ahead“) is a management company under Liechtenstein law in the legal form of a limited company with its registered office in Vaduz. Ahead was established in 2008 in accordance with the relevant European law.


Ahead Wealth Solutions AG is subject to prudential supervision by the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority (FMA) and has obtained two authorisations necessary to engage in fund business in Liechtenstein: as a management company as envisaged in the Liechtenstein Law on Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITSA) and as an AIFM according to the provisions of the Liechtenstein Law on Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFMA). Ahead is a member of the Liechtenstein Investment Fund Association (LAFV), of which it currently holds the presidency. Naturally, when providing our services we live up to the exacting requirements and quality standards set out in the Code of Conduct for the Liechtenstein Fund Centre.

As well as being authorised in Liechtenstein, Ahead is an officially registered provider of cross-border investment fund services in Germany, Luxembourg, Austria and Italy. Ahead offers financial intermediaries an independent platform from which to set up and launch private label funds. We support and advise the client right through from initial conversationto fund launch, calling in banking, legal and tax experts as and when required. Besides the ongoing administration of Liechtenstein-registered funds, we offer risk management, sales support and help in repatriating investment funds from abroad. With regard to asset classes, we cover not only the classic types of securities but also alternative investments such as real estate and private equity. Because we are an independent management company, the promoter has completely free choice of depositary (custodian bank) for its funds: we are currently working with six Liechtenstein banks in this capacity. Ahead attaches great importance to conserving resources and has specifically taken the following measures to save resources:

  • Paper is primarily printed on both sides
  • Use of modern, energy-saving devices
  • Switching off the screens when not in use for a long time
  • Purchasing from local suppliers, etc.

We live fair, sustainable and long-lasting partnerships externally with our customers and business partners, as well as internally with our employees and shareholders.

We are technically set up in such a way that we can implement all of our customers' sustainability goals.

The success of the company, taking into account the regulatory and legal framework as well as customer needs, has top priority.

In accordance with the European Union's understanding of sustainability, it should not only be limited to ecological aspects, but rather should take into account the entire ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) spectrum. In this regard, Ahead is subject to disclosure obligations under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR). In fulfillment of these obligations, we disclose the following:

Ahead does not take into account any Adverse Impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors at the company level. This is due, among other things, to the fact that not all relevant information is yet available. However, we will closely monitor developments in this area and will inform you about any changes here.

Ahead manages the funds based on the investment policy defined in the respective fund prospectus and takes into account the negative effects of sustainability risks in accordance with the objectives of the investment strategy. Whether the individual funds take into account “Adverse Impacts” of investment decisions on sustainability factors depends on the respective investment strategy of the fund.

Our remuneration policy is based on the long-term sustainable development of the company. Ahead sets its compensation policy in accordance with its values, goals and interests. The remuneration principles and practices are published on the Ahead website. Ahead will be happy to provide further details on the information mentioned upon customer request.

This sustainability strategy is subject to regular review and is updated as necessary depending on the development of business activities and adjustments to the strategy to implement sustainability criteria and risks.
